# Connect Claude Code

> Show your Claude Code work on your office's floor. Two buttons, once per computer.

Both buttons are on the floor under **Settings → Connect Claude Code**. New members see them right after picking a job title.

## 1. Install the plugin

**1. Press Install the Isoplan plugin**

Allow your browser to open Claude Code. It opens with a message ready.

**2. Press Enter**

Read the message, then press Enter. Claude installs the plugin, and Node.js if your computer needs it.

**3. Say yes when Claude asks**

Claude Code asks before it changes anything on your computer.

**4. Type /reload-plugins**

Claude tells you when it's done. If it says to open Claude Code again instead, do that.

> [accordion] Nothing happened when I pressed Install
>
> Claude Code only opens from a link after you've used it once. Open Claude Code, send it any message (just "hi" is fine), then press the button again.
>
> Or, under **Nothing happened?**, press **Copy** and paste the message into Claude Code yourself.

## 2. Connect

**1. Press Connect Claude Code**

Allow your browser to open Isoplan. Some browsers call it "Node.js". That is the plugin's helper.

**2. Click Connect on your computer**

A small window names your office's address and the person your work will show as. Check both, then click **Connect**.

**3. Done**

The floor shows **✓ Connected** with your computer's name. Your work appears from your next message in Claude Code.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Only click Connect for a window you opened just now from your own floor. A link someone else sent you would show your work as theirs.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Cancel** is selected at first, so pressing Enter cancels. Click **Connect**.

Only projects your admin has added to the office appear on the floor.

> [accordion] Prefer to install it by typing?
>
> In Claude Code, type each line and press Enter, then type `/reload-plugins`:
>
> ```bash Claude Code theme={null}
> /plugin marketplace add adamlinscott/isoplan-plugin
> /plugin install isoplan@isoplan
> ```
