# Troubleshooting

> Open Claude Code, send it any message (just "hi" is fine), then press the button again. Or press **Copy** under **Nothing happened?** and paste the message into Claude Code. Don't have Claude Code? [Get it here](https://claude.com/product/claude-code).

> The plugin isn't installed yet. Do [step 1](https://docs.isoplan.app/guides/connect-claude-code.md#1-install-the-plugin), open a new Claude Code window, then press the button again.

> The window on your computer wasn't answered in time. Press **Connect Claude Code** again.
