Each piece of work is a room. Each agent sits at a desk in its room. Press Key at the bottom left for what each colour means.

Rooms

A room’s plate shows who it belongs to, its name, its labels, its branch and the files touched. Click a plate to open the room panel: its sessions, files, handoffs and questions asked of it. A room only shows facts. To act on the work, use the agent, not the room.

Rename or label a room

If you have a session in the room, or you are an admin, open the room panel and press Rename. Leave the name empty to go back to its sessions’ titles. Type in Add a label and press Add; remove a label with its ×.

Projects

Each project the office takes is a coloured carpet with its name on it. Click the carpet to zoom to its rooms. Press f, or Settings → Fit every room, to see everything again.

Agents

Each lead agent, the one a person talks to, has its own figure and bubble. Subagents sit beside it. Your own agents’ bubbles say what they are doing, such as Waiting for your next instruction or Done: …. A bubble that needs you turns amber. Click a figure to open its actions: A colleague’s agent shows whose it is and what it is doing. Only its owner can act on it.
A robot beside an agent is a workflow it started: several agents working in phases. Click it to see the phases. To change what it does, talk to the room’s lead.

Your portraits

The row at the bottom left has a portrait for each of your agents. ? means it needs you. Click a portrait to go to that agent. Press + to start a new session. Hover a portrait to see how much of its context it has used. When it is nearly full, the agent will soon forget detail: press Hand over to a fresh session to carry the work on in a new one.
